How to Reset Your Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can request a secure reset link. Visit the official login portal, click the 'Forgot your password?' text link beneath the form, input your registered email, and click submit. You will receive an automated email from support@systeme.io containing a verification link. Click the link to define a new password.

If the reset email does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Ensure that you are typing the exact email address used during registration, as the system will not send reset links to unregistered emails to protect user security.

Setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

To protect your earnings and customer contact data, we highly recommend activating 2FA. Go to your dashboard settings, select the security section, and activate 2FA. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator, and store the fallback backup codes in a safe place.

Once activated, you will be prompted to input a 6-digit verification code generated by your authenticator app every time you log in from a new device or browser. This prevents unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

Troubleshooting Browser & Cache Issues

If the login portal loops or displays a loading screen indefinitely, this is typically caused by outdated browser caches or blocked cookies. Clear your browser cache, enable third-party cookies for systeme.io, or attempt to log in using an incognito private window to isolate extension blockings.

Ad-blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes interfere with security verification scripts on the login page. Disabling these extensions specifically for the systeme.io domain often resolves login issues immediately.

Mobile Dashboard Logins

While Systeme.io does not offer a standalone creator mobile application on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the entire dashboard is fully responsive. You can log in using Chrome, Safari, or Brave on your phone to track sales, check email lists, and monitor campaign performance.

For quick access, you can add a shortcut link to your mobile device's home screen. In Safari (iOS), tap the Share icon and select Add to Home Screen. In Chrome (Android), tap the menu icon and select Add to Home screen.

Protect your account by using a strong, unique password that is not reused on other sites. Avoid accessing your dashboard from public computers or unsecure public Wi-Fi networks. Regularly audit your logged-in sessions in your security settings to ensure no unauthorized devices have active sessions.
